The Dave Leduc Experience: Seminars & Camps
Lethwei or Burmese bareknuckle boxing is considered to be the most brutal and effective striking combat art in the world. Fighters fight bareknuckle with only some tape and gauze on their hands. The use of fists, elbows, knees, feet but more surprisingly, the head makes it a very unusual martial art.
This is the reason Lethwei is also known as “The Art of 9 limbs”. In traditional Lethwei, there’s no scoring system and the only way to win is by knockout. This puts the focus on defense, pain threshold, and inflicting maximum damage, not scoring points, which is a great mentality for every martial artist to acquire.

Seminars will be an introduction to the brutal world of Lethwei by Dave Leduc and go through the unique fighting mentality required for Bareknuckle Boxing. Dave will learn you his favorite technique, takedowns & throws from Sanda clinching and techniques for Lethwei, the best ways to create openings & score a KO, sparring drills, neck & hand strengthening exercises to build a thick neck and get a strong jaw.
And of course, last but not least, how the use of headbutts totally changes the game of the clinch and close combat.
All students attending the seminars will gain access to the Leduc Lethwei online academy with webinars, e-books, and video guides on Lethwei. The academy plans to go online in Q1 2023 and all seminar participants will receive a seminar pack to reinforce their learning.
